In each case, there are discussions to calibrate the identification needs in the L&D processes, which are enriched by the requirements of the top management or the sector per se.

Development & Delivery

The entire program is developed and facilitated by accredited trainers, who have held top management/leadership/C-level roles in the past.

Thus, the trainees have a transfer of know-how from experienced practitioners who have met, managed and overcome the exact situations for which they are currently preparing.

How the program works

The program is facilitated with the help of Promote - a digital platform dedicated to increasing collaboration and motivation in learning processes. Promote uses 4 principles:
Management Involvement

Promote helps managers see when they are most needed and how best to intervene in the process.

Social learning

Promote facilitates the sharing of experiences throughout the learning process. Participants are inspired, share experiences and best practices, reflect, collaborate and collaborate with each other to create a deeper learning experience.

Effective learning

Promote helps organizations shift their focus from learning in a classroom environment to hands-on learning in the workplace. Effective training leads to greater motivation, greater engagement, reduced training costs and better results.

Monitoring and improvement

Promote enables programs to be driven toward goals by acting on deviations or encouraging success in real time. The platform is based on recognized training assessment methods by Kirkpatrick and Professor Brinkerhoff.

"Transformative Leadership" is built in the form of a HPLJ learning journey, an optimal method of developing skills, accredited by the Brinkerhoff Institute.

The trip takes place over several months (between 3-12 months), taking into account the rhythm of the participants, the rhythm and the needs of the organization.

The course includes a multitude of tools and ways to ensure a deep understanding and a real acquisition of skills - training sessions, workshops, individual learning, collaborative tasks, micro-learning, on-the-job learning tasks, practice in the existing role.
