In short

The last years have shown us (if it was needed) that we live almost constantly in a VUCA environment (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity) in which events change the paradigm we experience from one day to the next.

In such a context, the development of change management skills has become an imperative requirement for organizations that want to continue to grow despite the challenges, increasing their capabilities to minimize risks and disruptions, to identify hidden opportunities, to pivot towards non-conventional solutions.

Change Management

The program offers a navigation framework through a varied typology of changes addressing the main challenges on which the success or failure of the successful implementation of a systemic change depends: resistance to change, poor communication, increased costs, low morale

At the end of it, participants are able to develop and successfully implement change management programs that provide transversal benefits. They will have the knowledge and skills to put into practice:

Assessments of the level of readiness for change Assessments of the impact of change Analyzes of all factors affected by change Planning and communication of change Management and execution of change Assessment of change success and improvement of results
